We built pWin.ai for government and commercial contractors, and the teams responsible for growth: business development, capture, and proposal professionals. Our customers range from large primes serving DoD, GSA, and HHS to mid-sized firms competing for federal work under tight timelines.

What’s the difference between PWin and pWin.ai?
PWin (Probability of Win) is the forward-looking GovCon metric that estimates your likelihood of winning a specific opportunity. It reflects your capture strategy, competitive intelligence, pricing, and customer knowledge, and it should move up or down as those factors change. pWin.ai is our company and platform, named after that metric. We built pWin.ai to help you calculate your true PWin, improve it with Shipley-grounded discipline, and win the business you deserve, rather than just chase volume.

What makes pWin.ai different from other AI capture and proposal tools?
We are the only AI platform built with deep expertise in the full BD workflow, from opportunity identification to proposal submission. We are also the only platform developed with Shipley Associates, and the only one with a federal-first security posture (FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, CMMC Level 2, Azure Government, dedicated enclaves) alongside documented Responsible AI governing principles.

Can I work conversationally with prompts?
Yes. pWin.ai includes Chat and a shared Prompt Library for the times you want to work that way — refine proposal sections, draft new content such as whitepapers and capture briefs, or search across your Knowledge Repository with a simple prompt. For a full response, the Content Plan gives your team strategy control instead, and both modes draw on the same governed content and citations.

Does pWin.ai cover the full capture-to-proposal lifecycle?
Yes. pWin.ai spans business development, capture, and proposal work in one platform. It connects to your CRM, automatically extracts key capture data, and embeds it into early BD artifacts such as whitepapers and win strategy. Through our partnership with TechnoMile, you can also connect AI-curated opportunity identification at the front of the lifecycle, then carry win themes and capture intelligence straight into your proposal draft with no manual re-entry.

Is pWin.ai FedRAMP authorized?
pWin.ai has completed FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency requirements, assessed by an independent 3PAO against the full NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 Moderate baseline. We do not appear on the FedRAMP Marketplace because we sell to industry, not government agencies, and that listing is reserved for direct agency Authorities to Operate.

Do you train your models on customer data?
No. We never use customer data to train or fine-tune our models. Each customer sits in a dedicated enclave.

Where does pWin.ai pull content from when it writes?
Only from your Knowledge Repository. We generate content only from your own past proposals, RFIs, past performance, CPARS, company documentation, and other approved content. The platform does not crawl the internet or pull from outside sources, so every output traces back to content you own and control.

Can pWin.ai handle CUI?
Yes. We are CMMC Level 2 aligned to NIST SP 800-171, with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Controlled Technical Information (CTI) in scope for the pWin.ai Gov boundary. We run inside Azure Government and GCC High.

Does pWin.ai work inside Microsoft Word?
Yes. The Microsoft Word Add-in brings drafting and review capabilities into the document environment your team already uses, with the source Knowledge Repository document a click away from any citation.

How does the Shipley partnership work?
Shipley Associates co-developed our writing engine, methodology, and workflows. Shipley training and AI adoption services are also available to pWin.ai customers.

Is pWin.ai available through Microsoft Azure?
Yes. pWin.ai is eligible for purchase through the Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), so existing Azure spend can fund your subscription.

Can I try pWin.ai before buying?
We offer a number of trial and proof-of-value options that let you test the product over a shorter term, using real past RFP and RFI documents.

How does pWin.ai approach responsible AI?
We keep humans in control of every decision, we never use customer data to train our models, and generated content carries source references back to your own content. Our Responsible AI principles are documented and published.
