pWin.ai Completes FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency Requirements, Strengthening Secure AI Capabilities for GovCons

Tysons, VA– pWin.ai, a leading capture and proposal solutions provider for government contractors, today announced that it has completed its Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency assessment for its core cloud service offering. This milestone demonstrates that pWin.ai meets the rigorous security requirements equivalent to the U.S. federal government’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate baseline, enabling broader use by organizations in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency is a government–wide designation indicating that a cloud service offering has undergone a comprehensive independent assessment and has achieved 100% compliance with over 300 security controls defined in the FedRAMP Moderate baseline, which is required for storing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive data, which are subject to mandatory federal requirements that commercial frameworks alone do not independently satisfy.

pWin.ai implemented 100% of the NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 Moderate baseline security controls, spanning 17 control families such as Access Control, Incident Response, Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management, and Continuous Monitoring. This security posture was independently validated through a comprehensive assessment conducted by a FedRAMP-accredited 3PAO, which confirmed that required controls were properly implemented and operating effectively.

pWin.ai, co-developed with Shipley Associates, is designed to give capture and proposal teams at federal contractors the tools and information they need to work together and supercharge the full growth lifecycle with powerful knowledge management, opportunity shaping, and proposal writing capabilities. The FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency status not only advances pWin.ai’s mission to innovate responsibly but also provides clients in the Defense Industrial Base and federal ecosystem a trusted, compliant foundation for digital transformation.

“Completing our FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency assessment is a pivotal milestone for pWin.ai and our customers,” said Harin Sandhoo, Senior Vice President of Engineering at pWin.ai. “This designation validates our commitment to the highest levels of cloud security and compliance. It enables defense contractors and government teams to adopt advanced AI capabilities with confidence, knowing their data is protected according to federal standards.”
