  • You spend hours in meetings working with different teams and subject matters experts to craft your proposal strategy and develop win themes.

  • You struggle to access relevant and updated content and don’t have a centralized library of past performances

  • You spend most of your time editing proposals to ensure consistency in writing style, voice, and format.

What if a tool exists to save your time, money, and effort, while accelerating and optimizing your proposal development? Meet pWin.ai, the industry's only AI copilot built with Shipley's expertise and best practices inside that accelerates the proposal development process and maximizes your win probability

Why pWin.ai?

pWin.ai goes beyond simple content generation by incorporating Shipley's best practices to offer a winning strategy, compelling content tailored to exacting guidelines, and valuable insights that give you a competitive edge. It combines the strengths and expertise of human proposal writers and refiners with Generative AI, the most advanced Azure OpenAI model (GPT-4 Turbo), to produce high-quality proposals quickly and easily.

pWin.ai is built on a simple and easy-to-use platform that integrates seamlessly with your established workflows and process. It uses your familiar tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, and does not try to change or interfere with your existing process.

How does pWin.ai work with RAG?

pWin.ai consists of several key components that work together to help you quickly and easily generate, validate, and refine your winning proposals.

Knowledge Repository

The Knowledge Repository (KR) is your organization’s searchable database of proposal content built in SharePoint. It contains your proposal documents and data from various sources, including your company information, capabilities, past performances, and past responses, pWin.ai takes, extracts, tags, classifies, and uses these sources that you have selected to generate and validate your responses.

By leveraging the KR Chat feature, you can interactively search and “chat” with the content of your knowledge repository.

Response Generation

pWin.ai generates the first draft of your proposal within 24 hours or less, based on your content plan and knowledge repository. This content plan, or Flight Plan, is the heart of pWin.ai. Built in Excel, the Flight Plan allows you and your team to collaborate and produce the key sections of your response including solutioning, win themes, pain points, past performances, and other details.

After you review the first draft, you can adjust the Flight Plan as needed and then ask pWin.ai to regenerate the proposal draft based on your updates.

Compliance Reports

pWin.ai’s Compliance Reports help you validate the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of your response against the solicitation requirements.

These reports include:

  • Completion report:
Checks the generated task responses against the solicitation to validate that all task requirements are met

  • Attribution report:
Catalogs and attributes the relevant content in your KR, ensuring complete transparency in response generation

  • Hallucination report:
Validates that all generated content is accurate and identifies content that is not grounded in the KR
